My first cab off the rank in 2022 was Humphrey the Staffy puppy. If you know me at all you know how exciting it was for me to receive this booking. Two of my favourite things – boofheads and puppies!
He was still very young and a possible flight risk so apart from the running photo (where he ran from my assistant to his owner who were both ready to catch him if needed!) the rest of the session was done with him on lead, which I photoshopped out later.
After the beach we moved to a second location to do some photos with the off-camera lighting. He was extra fidgety but I managed to tame him, for very brief moments, with peanut butter – which was also photoshopped out later!
This spot is perfect for sunset silhouettes so this is how we ended the shoot and I could not love it more.
