Payment
Items should be paid for in full within 72 hours. In the event that payment hasn’t been received within that timeframe the order will be cancelled and deleted from our system.
Payment Methods
The preferred payment method is electronic funds transfer. Credit Card and PayPal payments are also accepted.
Prices
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax [GST]. The prices on this website are correct at time of issue but may change at any time without notice and products are subject to availability.
Delivery Information
A signature will be required upon delivery. Shipping and handling charges are displayed at checkout.
Deliveries within Australia
After your order has been dispatched please allow five to seven business days for delivery. You will be sent tracking details.*
International Deliveries
After your order has been dispatched please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.*
*Deliveries may take longer due to COVID19. Please be patient.
Any import duties, customs duties or restrictions incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control. International customers should check with the relevant authorities in their country before placing an order.
We may change, without notice, shipping and handling charges resulting from any price increase made by our providers.
Please watch your spam folder for missed delivery collection instructions. Should an order be returned to Ruthless Photos due to an incorrect address being supplied, or non-collection within the required timeframe, re-shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Free Shipping Code
If there’s a free shipping code message on the checkout page (generally during Nov/Dec) please note that it is only for use by customers who commit to collecting their order at the pickup time stated. Nothing is ever shipped for free.
Return and Refund policy
All sales are final.
Under the Trade Practices Act 1974, you may seek a refund if items:
_ are or become faulty through no fault of your own
_ are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known
_ do not match the description
_ have defects that were not brought to your attention.
Ruthless Photos is unable to accept returns if you order the wrong item, cause damage by improper handling or you simply change your mind.
Charity sessions and books
Purchasing any of these items does not entitle the customer to a tax deductible donation receipt.
Errors
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error Ruthless Photos reserves the right to refuse or cancel and refund any orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
