One of our rescue affiliates, Fetching Dogs, is growing it’s network of foster carers. And with more carers comes more dogs for me to photograph for their adoption profiles! Here are some of the dogs I’ve photographed recently.

Kimono is the mother of the puppies I fostered recently. There were nine altogether. Eight have been adopted. Miso was the runt and took a while to develop so she was only placed up for adoption recently.

Miso wasn’t actually there to have her adoption photos taken. She just came along for the ride. Her shoot will be scheduled soon.

Check out the Fetching Dog’s website or Facebook page for more photos and info on the dogs. If you’re interested in becoming a carer I can highly recommend them as a group to work with.

Due to the popularity of last year’s calendar and the fact that helping bull breeds is my passion, my 2013 calendar features rescued bull breeds again. One of the groups I’m affiliated with, Fetching Dogs, rescues a large proportion of bull breeds so I had plenty of adoption photos to choose from without having to sneak my own dogs in there!

This year I’ll be printing two calendars. Since Chopper had his own calendar when he was my muse, it seemed only fair that Bruno had his moment in the spotlight too.

Fetching Dogs is a registered charity and I have permission to fundraise on their behalf. All profits from the sale of these calendars will go towards rescuing and caring for death row bull breeds in Australia.

To help cover the cost of printing [and thereby raise more money for the cause] I’m giving people the chance to have their dog’s name printed on it’s birthday or gotcha day. $10 buys one date on one of the two calendars. It’s first come first served. Due to space limitations only one name [first name and surname] can be printed on each date. Numbers can be bought here, but please email me first to check availability. Cut-off for buying a date is noon on Fri 5th October 2012.

Where can I buy a calendar?
They’re currently available online through the Ruthless Photos store.

If you’d like to avoid paying for shipping you buy calendars at the Porters for Pets stand at The Rocks Markets every weekend until Christmas.

How much?
$25 +p&p

PLEASE NOTE: In order to keep shipping costs fair [and not a blanket price for everywhere in Australia], a PayPal request for funds will be sent when the exact cost for p&p of your order is known. Calendars will be shipped at the end of November.

The calendars are A3 with silver spiral binding and a hanger. The covers are double-sided and printed on a beautiful 300gsm stock. The internal pages are printed on 150gsm and have plenty of room for writing birthdays, appointments, hot dates, etc. on each day. They come shrink wrapped and are posted in rigid mailers for protection.

Last year I sold out of calendars in early December, so please get your orders in early to avoid disappointment.
