Welcome to our first update of 2012! Our Giving Away + Giving Back promotion was a huge success and we’ve been flat out here. When we came up with the idea we hoped that it would be more than just good promotion for us, so when an entrant pulled out of the running because their foster dog had been adopted by someone that saw him on our page we were absolutely thrilled. Tiny, the winner from Wodonga Dog Rescue, has also been adopted – warm fuzzies all around! Below are the two collars AJ ordered. A wide Asteroid Belt training collar in black and aged bress for her Malamute [plus a three-way leash that she paid extra for] and a wide burgundy and brass Decoder training collar for Tiny.

Since our last update we’ve had lots of people looking to add bling to their orders. Below is Vicki’s Urban Cowboy that she ordered for her stunning border collie cross, Bo. The Swarovski’s match his striking blue eyes. You can see his photo and her lovely testimonial here.

The Sweetheart with bling is a real crowd pleaser too!

Dave’s been kept busy with custom orders. This was a leash for Porschea the Dobermann to go with the Trixiedog she got last year.

Gorgeous George [an ex Staffy Rescue dog, like three of ours] will be owning the streets of Bondi in his new Jolly Roger collar and matching leash.

Never let it be said that we’re all about the big dogs – this stunning Trixiedog sighthound collar was made for a Whippet from the Blue Mountains. Usually the screw heads are on the outside, but the owner asked for them to be the opposite way around on his.

Time for another installment of my 52 weeks of Bruno project. If you’re not on Facebook or Flickr you won’t have seen these yet.

6.52: Creepy stalker dog

7.52: The sock thief

8.52: We’re matching!

Oh look a person… oh and there’s a car… and a leaf… and a fly… and another DOG… ZOMG!!

I’m now one of those people… the kind whose dog has their own Facebook page! You can see more of Bruno and outtakes from his 52 weeks shoots here >

Yesterday we finally had a break in the rain and I got to photograph Draven the super cute Husky x puppy from Arctic Breed Rescue. He’s just a little bit photogenic!

He loves sticks almost as much as Bruno!

He doesn’t mind sharing his sticks, as long as it’s clear that they all belong to him! He’s a very confident 10 week old puppy.

Draven already has lots of people interested in adopting him since his photos went up on Facebook last night, but if you want to submit an application as well, all the relevant details are here >
